USBE and OSUMH QPR Instructor Certification Training

USBE and OSUMH will host a virtual QPR Instructor Certification Training on March 22th, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  If you want to participate, please send the completed registration form with payment information (attached) to dana@qprinstitute.com and michelle.knight@schools.utah.gov, by February 19th.  In addition to the registration fee, there are also ongoing costs to provide this training, of $2.25 to $3 per participant for required materials
